A statement of fact is subject to the rules of discourse invoked under the oath of law, in accordance with standards of veridiction intensified by the bounds of the courtroom, but nevertheless remaining intact so long as the territorial sovereignty of the host nation remains intact. A lapse in the standards of executive veridiction indicates that an incompetency in our national sovereignty has been introduced, while a deliberate violation of these standards by the executive implicates the executive itself in its violation.
