Geyserism No. 14 – The Goal Reconstituted

The excessive expenditures of those who administer our government is directly proportional to their inability to communicate with the people over whom they are said to govern. No matter how many bureacratic departments are defunded, no matter how many regulations and laws are rescinded or ignored, no matter how much intelligence on the American people that the Federal government may accumulate, the problem will remain one of communication so long as the Preamble of the Constitution supplies the overarching goal of American politics and law.
